_____________________If you are interested in my services, please contact me on Discord and we discuss how your future dream house should look like!I usually include a retainer bell, a message book and an orchestrion in the build, if you don't say otherwise.I keep you updated about the process and you can give feedback anytime. Changes can be made up to the point of the final review.Once I'm done I'll take pictures and upload them to my socials. I usually don't share the address in public, but please tell me in case you want to keep it private.You are expected to pay 50% of my working fee after we agreed on your design and the other 50% once I start decorating your house. Furnishing costs depend on your wishes or if you want to provide something yourself (e.g. if you're a crafter). We will discuss your furnishing budget before I start.Prices
